Orders & Payment
• Orders website ya WhatsApp ke zariye place ho sakte hain. • Payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer. • Order confirm hone ke baad changes 24 hours ke andar kiye ja sakte hain. • Bulk orders ke liye advance payment required ho sakti hai.
Delivery
• Standard delivery: 2–3 business days Pakistan-wide. • Delivery charges applicable hain — order pe confirm hoga. • THEZEB poore Pakistan mein deliver karta hai.
Return & Refund Policy
• Agar product mein manufacturing defect ho to hum free replacement denge. • Size ya color issue pe 48 hours ke andar WhatsApp karein. • Damaged delivery ke case mein 24 hours ke andar photo ke saath complain karein. • Refund 5–7 business days mein process hoga.
Cancellation Policy
• Order dispatch hone se pehle cancel ho sakta hai. • Dispatch ke baad cancellation possible nahi. • Refund eligible orders ke liye 5–7 days mein process hoga.
